Online order
Can I modify my order?
You have the option of checking and modifying your shopping cart as many times as you wish before clicking on “Proceed to checkout” and proceed to the steps of invoicing, delivery and payment. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive confirmation of the transaction status by email.
We can’t cancel or make any adjustments to an order that has already shipped.
There is an error in the order I received

Delivery
What are the shipping fees?
* For orders less than $ 59.99, a fixed fee of $ 14.90 will be added to your final invoice.
* For all orders of $ 60.00 or more, standard delivery is offered free of charge.
If you are using a promo code, your order must be $ 60 or more after applying any promo code to qualify for free shipping.
* A fixed fee of $35.00 will be added to your invoice for Northwest Territories, Yukon Territory as well as Nunavut.
*Currently, we are unable to accept or process international shipments.
What are the delivery times ?
Web orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days. Thereafter, the usual delivery time is 2-5 working days. However, circumstances beyond our control may increase the delivery time. Please note that longer order preparation and delivery times are to be expected during busy periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day and Mother's Day.
What is the pickup address?
All our electronic orders are processed from our Sherbrooke plant shop. By selecting pickup when confirming your order, you can pick it up Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m at 1625 Belvédère South Street, Sherbrooke, QC.
Promo codes
Promotional codes must be entered in the shopping cart before proceeding to payment.
Know that :
- Promotional codes CANNOT BE COMBINED
- In order to qualify for free shipping, your order must be equal to or greater than $ 60 after applying any promo code
- Coupons cannot be used on items already on sale
Refund policy
Online purchase
Since coffee is a fresh, perishable product that is sensitive to changes in its environment, our coffee bags, K-Cups and bundles are unfortunately not exchangeable or refundable. However, we will be happy to issue you a credit for a future purchase on our website.
If the accessory you purchased is damaged, write to us at cafe@cafewilliam.com so that we can see what can be done. If you wish to return an accessory that has no manufacturer defect, you may do so within 30 days of purchase if the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging. We can issue you a refund or web-store credit for exchange.
To refund an accessory, please write to our customer service department at cafe@cafewilliam.com. If the request is approved, we will send you the procedure to follow in order to proceed with the return. Once your return has been received, there may be a small delay to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Purchase from one of our retailers
If you have made a purchase from one of our retailers, the retailer will take care of making an exchange or a refund according to their policy in effect. We will not refund or exchange for a purchase made at a retailer.
