Café William invests more than $40 million in a new ecofriendly roasting plant

SHERBROOKE (Quebec, Canada), September 21, 2021 – The Sherbrooke-based coffee roaster William Spartivento Coffee is undertaking the construction of a new eco-responsible plant of more than 100,000 sq. ft. It will be located on Robert-Boyd Street in the Sherbrooke Regional Industrial Park. Work will begin this fall and will be completed in 2023. This new plant represents an investment of more than $40 million for the Quebec company, which is one of the largest importers and roasters of organic and Fairtrade certified coffee in the country.
