Impressed with your coffee and your Canadian company! I have been driving past your main office in the eastern townships and decided to try your coffee.. was very impressed. I then had the pleasure of meeting one of your employees, a recent immigrant to Quebec, so said how lucky she was to be employed by you. Most recently, on social media, I learned about your efforts to lower the impact on the environment through your shipping practices ... through less reliance on fossil fuels and more reliance on wind power. Works perfectly with my new expresso machine. Freshly ground, pressed and filtered everyday with frothed goats milk from our family goats. Doesn’t come much better than that!
