When the temps rise, you still want your coffee..but without the heat. Good news: we’ve found the perfect way to crush those afternoon cravings.

Introducing: a frozen coffee snack that’s as easy to make as it is satisfying to enjoy. It’s a creamy blend of iced coffee, milk, and maple syrup, frozen into a chilled little pick-me-up that’s smooth, lightly sweet, and totally refreshing.

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup iced coffee
  • ½ cup milk (plant-based or regular)
  • Maple syrup, to taste

How to make it:

  1. Whisk everything together..
  2. Pour into freezer-friendly molds (popsicle molds work great).
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Pop one out, take a bite, and enjoy your homemade coffee popsicle.
